How about making a general marketplace for everything , games / themes/ files etc and inside a special "verified trader" marketplace but not only for l2 but for all games.

there is already a rule for not selling other people work. also about protecting sellers there was an attempt to make it only for paid sellers but there was a lot of negativity to this move.
