Yes, you can, because it just redirects your IP. Anyway it is really easier to decode l2.ini and get the IP. And it is easier not to tracert but ping..

Tracert is an old method of windows taken originally from unix.

Now u know :

Ip adres, Country , Mby town, and some more information about the Host.
