looking one dev or not to create balance in a server

Define 'balance'.

 

l2 is balanced by itself, now if your server is supposed to have max enchant  > 16 you need to edit the balance and not 'create balance'

1. There is no balance in L2J. The game itself is meant to have each class with a weakness of other class.

2. "haters go away"... jesus.

3. Payment before or after thecode?

4. Balance in what skills or classes?

wasting time searching developer to make ur game play balanced there is no way make such thing even on 1000 years balancing your game play by ur own way wasting time paying developers is the worst thing why? he will balance few things then u wont like something and like always u will say this dev did nothing :) pick lucera project fair enough price cool balance make ur job 120$ USD is nothing for it.

lucera as a pvp with the things he want will not be balanced. in the other hand , if it can be called balanced as a pvp , a dev can take the 'balance' from lucera and paste it to frozen . The results will be the same right?

 

As i said, if you will add customs then the default balance will break everything. You cant handle a player with +30 vs +0.

Even if you manage to do it , what the player with +30 will think if the attack is 2k? unbalanced server...

Somewhere around is shared one "ingame balancer" for frozen. Start with it and don't waste your money.
Propably you will get scammed or you gonna pay a big price.. also i don't know what some peoples mean "balance"

This game have many classes cuz is multiplayer game and not "single" as all pvp servers now.

balance and some classes. if you have good rep before. if not 50% before and 50% after

No matters if you use L2OFF or L2J, you have full buffs for 2 hours+, so the balance, stopped called balance anymore.. 

Any "balance" mod, it's just a waste of time to import it.. Not saying that Isn't working or something, but you can work with the resists first. For example:

By default it's val="20", try to pvp and check the damages. There are and other resists to work with. Do not disable the resists, just edit.. You can also with this way, to make the fear/silence etc to work sometimes. You will make this system for your server. Ofc, for a pvp server, you cannot have the fear/silence etc 30 sec.

Then, decrease the crt.dmg from archers if they are overpower. Create a invisible passive skill for archers.

 

Everything is in there.. You can make your own balance, no one can give you a balance for your server, only you, you can create it.. Based on your items etc..

Do not pay for something that you will never see a different. 

Do not even enable the "balance config" from l2jfrozen pack. It's just a shit config.
