u should make something also about solo players if rb jewels are only from raid bosses / teritory wars / mini raids big clans will stay on these bosses and no one of new players will get any epic you should think something about that

 read the features , from eola rb the one who will hit the boss he will have % to take the drop ( without most damage , neither last hit )

There is also Territory wars,from where you can get epics,by being in party you have more benefits,like more points because you do kill more as party,and also you get points in party for each kill party member made

Its up to the party leaders to have a cp that the players are able to travel on their own, 18+ years old etc. Calling out server owners liers for a good idea not so nice, since its not only up to them for somthing like that to happen.
