Create a new texture file with your own textures or if you want to take something from the current utx just use umodel and take em and import em to your own utx file with ueditor

there are no files on server files to protect you against ddos attacks, you need a proper host with anti ddos protection

I had this problem too. Seems that the file has wrong lines and cant be edit
