I had this problem too. Seems that the file has wrong lines and cant be edit

just edit a clean one,copy from this and modify what u want..

Seems that all .dat files in System folder uses 613 encryption which means that Fileedit will not be able to edit those files... good protection though.

when you edit that file, OR ANY FILE THAT END OF .dat    you should finish the file with 1 empty line. Or u will take aways errors !

but if you have this problem again, just download new patched system and copy/paste the files in the new one !
