[Help]How do you make a downloadable system file

I want to make it so people have to download a system folder to connect to my server but i dont know how :( please help!

First you have to edit the l2.ini so they can connect to your server

 

then create a zip file of your system folder using winrar or winzip

 

then upload it on http://www.multiupload.com or http://www.4shared.com

well i edited the ini and where is said serveraddr i put my ip after and i cant launch my game through the exe now so idk what to do sorry :(
