  1. How I wish I was standing on the shore watching you struggle... and all you had to do was to download a patch with custom maps from the same section you got the system folder from. From getting yourself all wet and ignored by the NPCs to having some fun in 3 easy steps... oh well. Here's an extract from the 'How to connect' page:

  3. Exactyly that. If I have Icon2.utx file with all Helios icons then I can just pick and chose what I want without going one by one and convert them. The file I got with .png icons is easy to browse and look for whatever I would like to use. I'll never use all of them, but the option is there. Thank you all for all replies. I'll see about adopting helios's icon.utx for H5. When I tried to encdec it thethe window would just popup for a a split second and disappear again. Will try again today. Cheers
  4. The file is a mixture of icons from all chronicles up to Helios. I want to use them for custom items, icons in HTMLs etc. The alternative would be to somehow take icon.utx from Helios client and make it work with H5, I guess all those icons are there as well. Again, not something I know how to do exactly. Thanks Finn, I'll look into that option.
  5. Yeas, I know that this was probably covered before in some way. I've got a folder full of -up-to Helios icons in .png format. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I could pack them into an .utx and use with High Five client. I hope this could be done for the entire folder in one go?   8. Just get zone info from Underground as it should match; loads of free projects and shares around. 'mapregion' folder in data pack should contain info that is required to teleport correctly after death. Plus you'll need 'zone' data fro data pack as well to transfer peace regions etc. What you need is totally server side.

  10. Via maps would mean editing the 17_25 map? Via server is also an option but I would prefer add sounds and music client side :/

Hi Guys, I have a new map for High Five thanks to deMEV http://www.maxcheaters.com/topic/208538-16-25-talking-island-from-grand-crusade-for-hbgfhffa/ Unfortunately when I enter the map there's no music. I know that it can be added in MusicInfo.dat in system folder. The question is how I determine which region of that zone the new Talking Island Town is located? Or perhaps someone know how to add music to that town? Thanks :)

  14. The only problem with that particular map is if you drop bridges below the surface... you don't have a bridge :) Looking for a work around :) Cheers
  15. Unbalanced? How is that possible, this is an Multi Skill server after all, it should be balanced by default.... oh, wait.... I would normally ask for your opinion to try to find out how to improve things but since all you did was drop an unsubstantiated line of text I won't bother. Server's still in open beta and if time permits I adjust or add new things every day. Live is roughly around 12 -15 people... in beta, x1 server, no advertisement. Quite an achievement I would say :)
  16. Take a look at that! Thank you so much for your advice and enabling me to even have that map. I used l2smr and it worked nicely. Shame I don't know how to reload client without the need to close it and open again, but that's just a small hurdle. Again, thanks deMEV :)

I wasn't complaining, I was just pointing out what my preference would be in regards to those bugged animations. I don't insist you spend your time on fixing some bugs for me or anyone else. It is what it is. Without your effort I would not access those maps in the first place. So thanks again. Cheers :)
  18. Fellow Dwarves, Just a quick announcement; we've moved to an open beta stage during which all progress will be kept; this means no more wipe. We should transit into live in a week or two. Server is still undergoing some changes but so far everything has been running smoothly. Cheers
  19. Sorry for being such noob but I don't get it. Your project allows for C1 gameplay with higher chronicle clients? I'm only familiar with java server development and OFF is a bit of a mystery. Where would I start? Thank you :)
  20. That's a shame. I would rather not have those animations to be honest. It's easier to overlook the lack of them than having them flickering in players' face. Anyway, thanks again for your shares and hope you'll find some time in the future to fix stuff for H5 as well. Cheers :)

  22. Great share as always. The only problem is that in High Five, just like with Ertheia village, some animations get bugged and are 'flashing' and going too fast. On this map the waterfall's water just falls too quickly, it's not looking good and I very annoying, kinda ruins the map :(
