Ahh lol originally I thinked this is some GM dashboard. Turns out it's an account manager :D Then I say huge nono for this on live server ;) L2ACP by tyrkysovej looks sweet, but it would be more flexible if it would run on PHP, not ASP.NET :)

I think this explains code quality. Imho it's nice that guy is trying to do something nice for community. I am sure he will fix obvious mistakes and make more functionality, since now every free shared tool is mostly for L2j, L2OFF is completely forgotten area. Keep it up :>

This goes to ai.obj at NPC class which you want to have such functionality, you can compile it with free tools lying around ;) Not sure about Advext, however I see no reason why not (maybe it can't work if Advext does not support PledgeLevelUp or GetPledgeSkillLevel calls, but they should be there, if not, you can look at any High Priest AI and they will have all correct methods for you to copy and imply on your code

You need to make script and assign it to NPC. Script should have an functionality of retrieving activeUser name and provide it as string to HTML (in HTML you will need to add placeholders). There are tutorials on this forum how to do that or you can simply dig in some custom packs which has this function implemented.

1Mbps = ~128KB/s (Mbps / 8) Mbps != MB/s :) For instance if your internet plan provides 100Mbps, real download speed will be ~12MB/s. So either you had 1Mb/s uplink or not 1Mbps :) One instance of L2 (one player) consume ~24KB/s of network (AFAIK, I may be wrong here)

Are you using DSL? :) Judging by your speed, you are getting ~600 KB/s up-link which would be eligible to run 20-30 players, also don't forget response time (ping), so I guess it's not worth trying, as better solution will be almost immediately required.

They serve as Index files for adding static objects to players (Skills, items, etc etc).
