You see, everything seems okay, but when it comes to your hard disk drive (HDD) speed, network link speed supported on your motherboard (or network card), RAM that does not have ECC capabilities. You should consider replacing some components or renting decent dedicated server with at least Xeon :) Just my personal opinion.

Idk but maybe you use AMD Athlon single core CPU? I have absolutely no issues with CPU usage (Chrome reports that website tab consumes 0.2-0.5% cpu, which is I7 7700k clocked to 5Ghz) Good luck :)

Well you need to have a head on your shoulders to use this sources and, generally, to run L2OFF working. Even L2j is an challenge for someone :D

This confirms an rule - if stuff you have is very good, and you got it for free - you do not know what you got ;) just like buying an used car, at a test drive it's riding super but after few days problems start to appear.

I drive A6 as my requirements are lower. I am a simple person :D Your error clearly tells you what's wrong. If you can't manage to get thought this, I recommend you stop trying to make L2OFF server

Yeah, right :D First, stupid BR/RU doesn't know how to compile Java, not speaking about OFF. Second, even if they manage to do that, server will be full of problems and totally not ready for production. Except cases when person who knows what he does, is hired to fix all the stuff. And maybe he will not be stupid after all :)

This server is running on home computer? Because from components I see desktop equipment.

I highly doubt validity of files. OP created new MXC user just to share these files, and, is actively advertising them. I guess they have backdoor or some kind of stuff hidden, Virustotal finds trojan aswell. Be careful. It's good for research but I would not be so brave to launch live server on this base.

There is no such thing as admin interface in L2OFF, functions in UI are only for most crucial functions such as memory reports or forced crash of server. To manage server you need other tools and knowledge too

Yep, this sums it up. If you want to launch L2OFF, you need to spend money, lots of money, and they may burn if server fail after week or two. But if yoo do everything slow and right... Fruits may be very sweet :)

You made a wise decision. Good L2OFF files are pricey. There are nothing good and free at the same time, including L2j. However L2OFF wins against L2j. L2j just tries to replicate L2OFF functionality, while L2OFF is mostly extended from previous leaked game version (for instance currently I have Advext H5 files which is Gracia Final but has support for ~98% High Five chronicle features). And yes, it's much, much harder to implement custom stuff or even modify simple stuff in L2OFF because there we (at most cases) do not have source code. Also there is no premade tutorial from NCSoft how to operate server, all tutorials are community-driven and some are outdated. But if you are on launching serious mid-rate server with high advertisement budget, DDoS protections and other stuff and reliability is very important for you - L2OFF won't fail you. Do your research :)

Nobody is going to share, they are going to keep it. Same at L2OFF. Of course it would be more than nice to see shared non-crap files someday around :P I was a player once, but now I am a developer. Since I have just a little experience with L2OFF (all important stuff is done by paid staff), I am responsible for the game itself. I am a huge fan of L2 soundtrack - it gives me goosebumps everytime, after so many years. This music inspires me to create some RPG-stuff stories I'll use later at my server when events come.
