Fix your spoil rate too, some mats like CBP in branded only spoils max 2. I suggest you implement blue spoil so highlvls can spoil low level mobs aswell.

No need to play just donate for top s84 weap + armor.

Question: 1) Is this a L2Tales server where everyone bots Dragons for BEWS every day or is it retail like and you cant even farm them solo. 2) Any mechanic to stop people from creating 30 accs to do Freya/Daily BEWS quest 30 times a day? Those are just things that annoy me greatly, so, yeah.

You seem to alter the game files waaay too much, I have never seen anyone screw around with stuff like deflect arrow.
