So its high five....I would use STR+5 con-5 wit+4 int-4. About bow mastery, no matter what you must enchant them on swiftness(atk speed). Light armor mastery, i wouldnt enchant it at all..Just +10 for +2 evasion. Thats the way i would play a moonlight sentinel in high five server.
