1) x75 without NPC buffer = 0 online. 2) x75 and "all buffs retail" = 0 online. 3) Even if you fix #1 and #2, with your invests (around 50-100 euros) you will get max 70 online. -

Depends of server's files. In my opinion: dueslist is most powerfull oly class. If you get the best duelist's augs, you can win any class.

It's debuff in interlude. Seems like on this server, it takes 1 buff slot. That's wrong.

No idea. I don't play there. Actually that's how I bypassed their ban in 2014/2015.

I guess you have no idea what are you talking about or you didn't check Celestine's servers. True - L2Deep was one of the most succesfull servers, online was really close to 1k. I suggest you better to ask an advise from Celestine, sinse I saw you was looking for files on the market.

As for me, I always like low rate enchant rate. But since 90% of community run adrenalin with auto enchant script, that makes no sense for me as a legit player. About LS: I'm talking about skill rate, not about skill's stats. For example: chanse to get a skill from TOP ls is 5-7% and skill from donation list cost 20/30 euro. Also makes no sense for me sinse I don't have time to farm a lot lifestones, and donate on 1 week server is just insane. -

No craft. Why? In my opinion (and what I saw) all craft servers are full of bots + max 2 weeks. Ofx non-craft servers are with bots too, but there are 2-3 farm zones, where ppl can pk this bots and it's much more easy to GM's hunt the bots (if they care about server ofc). Non-craft server should be smth interesting, with good economy + make as much classes playable as it possible. -
Are you sure? 1 month ago closed a low rate server, which was online 1y++. At the same time, after this server closed, another huge server started. It's funny how you call this server "major project" since this they don't have even beta now. Anyway, you are the server owner or gm's friend who call just another server "awesome".

If you are going to listen your community, you will fail in 1 week or even less.
