L2Tool, Unreal Editor 2, DDS Viewer, DDS Plugin for Photoshop. Select L2Font-e.utx on L2TOOL Click on L2 ------> UE2 and save this texture Open L2Font-e.utx with UE2 Extract loading-e02.dds Edit what u want and save Import loading-e02.dds edited on UE2 Save that texture. Done.
