Which you think is better 32 or 65bit for win 7???

Depending on how many GB your RAM is.

Well just a tip if you want powerful ram , it's not only about the GB it has but about it's MHz/Type (DDR3 etc) and Timing

 

example , even if you have 300GB ram if it's timing it's slow it won't be effective

thats more money than brain usually someone with general needs ok since we are all gamers a bit lets say play in HD need only 4gb ram max or 6 if we talk about triple channel above that its server memory...
