Facts for you maybe not for everyone elfo :) You are good developer, experienced guy you can help the community but instad of doin this u just watch and talk start doin more shares guides start helpin people thats how things will get better if everyone do this everything will get better.

i havent something personal with you really...

The fact that elfo is own this one maybe make you understand that is working for people not only in mxc but generally?

We havent all your time especially this guy , to share and helping in every post... And who knows? maybe you will use his source someday... 

I think elfo's words are right in this case

You just wrote a comment to a guy who leeched 3 tutorials from another forum "even their hi" without credits and lied to people that he copied paste from his usb.

You just wrote a comment ot a guy who came on my topic started flame and reported me for flame. 

 

Tell me what you exactly are you trying to do? Check his skype, he is Romeo, worst user on the forum and banned member also.

Elfo is very experienced guy and he can help and he did help alot of people but you cant catch what im sayin right? you cant just push the throttle once and expect the car to get  100 miles, this is something that needs dedication if you really wanna help you will do it continuously in your free time thats all.

The worst user in ths forum is you and xxdem, nothing more nothing less keep feedin your ego mate i know that you are 135lbs youngster tryin to get attention on forum.

And also i never claimed any credit or put fake credits, i never said that i own the guide in the topics i made, I copied the guides from a pdf file from my pc and not from any usb file i dont really care if you believe it or not cause i just did it for a good reason, you have to keep spammin in off threads there is where you belong.

lets be realistic. first of all im not trying to revive lineage as a game, not even its interest. what im trying to do on this topic , is to listen about your suggestions and ideas to improve THIS forum , since we have still some traffic. dont talk about wrong movements on the past, but for the future. 

for example i would like to hear, lets add "this" F2P game, lets focus on advertising, "i can help on advertising" , "i can help on developing" ...

To get new users you need content, no matter what type of content it is you need it to attract people. The amount of people you will attract it will be decided on the type of content.

The main problem is that you cannot provide a satisfying motivation to unique content providers. back in the days people shared more easily A They had knowledge and made effort on it. B they was younger.

 

Noways the youngsters won't share because they can't find a reason to do. I believe back in the days the motivation was the recognition but thats no more.

 

Even if you focus on tournaments GFX or League it won't get much activity unless pool prizes, and if you only attract people with pool prizes they will just come for them and then leave they won't stay

 

 

EDIT:

 

A Cool idea for a mini-tournament & learning programming is Code this week.

You set a theme and people try to code it, the judges pick up the codes and rank them also they provide comments on improving.

 

 

But whos gonna take this position, is there any guy who is willing to get this much trouble for nothing? I bet there is. Is he skilled enghout to keep it up? i doubt it

Yeah, you need content, good luck with that. People saw money, it's over now.

That was my whole point, There is no motivation for content sharing, no1 will share if he can make money out of it

Why you no maka a blog or somethng like a shoutbox on the left or the right corner of the forum news about every mmorpg will be posted there so people will get informed about news&patches and other things about the game they play, Something like this, would be very charming, So if theres a moderator for Bless online he will post news about the game on the Latest MMO News place all the people will see it. Theres a motivation but this forum needs new ranks, Like Supervisor, or Beta Tester, they will post any new related about the games they follow.

Well, there is still shit happening but no ones gives a fuck, mostly cause they want to be unique but pay up people instead of learning :D

Even if mxc is about ppl selling stuff - or atleast there are more of them, unless they are selling jokes, it will atract ppl and they will come into forum...

The problem inst based on ppl who sell instead od share, but on fact whole transation is OUT of the forum :) Marketplace is based on advertises. Ppl dont buy stuff here. There is no STORE where ppl can buy stuff from other ppl. Everything is going out of the forum.

Ppl who will share, will share it anyway. What is bad in bringing ppl to forum even if the want to buy? Bit why bring them if they cant buy it here? They need to use Skype...Mabybr some kind of STORE would be a good idea?

+ some NEW GAMES SECTION. This forum was based by L2, but L2 by its own cant bring more ppl anymore.

True, but thats not what maxtor is seeking making a good marketplace will attract people who want to buy & sell and thats not profitable for maxtor unless he takes s small percentage of the transaction

There is a way to do it, it will be expensive to make this modification but in the end it will be profitable for the whole forum.

In the end a big percentage of the sellers will find a way around so they keep this maxtor's percentage for themselves

It not works like this, the profits of administrator/owner are automatically colected at the end of the purchase as a tax.

      Hello, I'd like to change a title color for custom npc.  I created custom NPC, cloned existing. I put unique id for it in npcname-e, npcgrp and database. I have "0" to serverSideName in db, so that it would use npcname-e, but instead it has "NoNameNPC"and no title color change.
