When you will ban MMOPlay he wosnt showing up since october, im tired - that his topic is still up and he isnt banned, maybe you consider to delete his topic ?

 

MMOPlay has a server, if it is still live - I really don't know.

Although, he/she hasn't any topic here in mxc selling this engine that you bought.

I can't ban a person who cooperated with you for irrelevant services that didn't concern mxc or a specific topic of mxc.

 

You have to be careful with your trades and to do a search before deposit money to someone else.

The thing is talked to him about AI engine - he accpeted to make it for 300$, i payed him via bank transaction, after that he stared to doing it for my server, but then he dissapears and didnt answear ! then about a 5 month i find him here opening server on the money i gived him ! how the hell you describe this sittuation, his a scamer, if you think its normal to have such person on this forum(means he can scam someone else) than this forum is doomed to have such problems, so please concern to delete his topic, and post ban him, unlease he start answearing pm and sending even half % of payment, or better the work he supposed to do AI engine! Please !

I will agree with what LightFusion said, what MMOplay did was clearly a scam. In any case scammers must be banned.

Plus, missing marketplace topic doesn't mean that scamming is allowed like that. Many of the banned scammers had approach their "victims" through pm, without having any topic in marketplace.

 

Now, about their topic:
Based on the rules, their topic must be locked and unpinned due to the fact that the member that created is banned. Though, junk is not an option.
But who cares, since after day 2 their topic will reach 4th page and no one is looking for a server up to that page. (They stop in the 2nd page.)

He informed me that he didn't receive any money and it was between you and this developer.He agreed too that the developer was trying to get in touch with you but without response.

 

All of this issue has nothing to do with Mxc.

In order to help you, I suggest to speak with MMOPLAY or the developer and trying to find a solution. Either to get this engine or to refund you.

The thing is to get back the money or what you have asked.

If it was a sale topic in Mxc, then 100% the scammer would be banned.

But, the whole issue is generally and right now I am trying to help you.

Actually no - even if MMOPlay was a middleman for the actual services, the "deal" is between LF & Him.

Topic or not.

 

 

If not the rules need a serious fucking tweak to display any private based deal is not covered (which is stupid) - and any fucking seller can claim a private deal if a customer buys X+2% changes to what's stated in sellers topic.

Oh the thing is MMOPlay is a 1 person not a dev, thats because i contacted him via Facebook( i might have screenshots but it was a year ago) and he was responding as MMOPlay, not just as admin or some member, but a man who has possibility to rework AI Engine for my project, so thats why he recived the money via bank transfer - thats a fact. But the work he settled to do wosnt made even money wosnt refund for a long period - a year +, and im 100% this 300$ was funded in theyr project, so the hell i should think  he is not the admin or its not the guy who we contaced ? (thats bullshit), if he has access to facebook main acc he has acces to MMOplay forum, he has acces and to this mxc forum too, hes a scummer, and i dont see any progress in refunding or returning me reworked AI engine, in 2 month - since the last message !

In their first reply MMOPlay said that they won't give the engine to anyone, and they will refund the money, so ..

 

And guess what, like 2 months, more or less, passed and still nothing. I doubt they will :)

You said his skype is mmoplay right? That's not Deedlit.. Another guy is the one with mmoplay skype and another guy Deedlit.

So if the one that scammed you was with skype mmoplay, then it wasn't deedlit
