It is a kind of protection like an antivirus...It isnt the pirate version or something (As i see it is freeware?) so it isnt against the rules :P

an easier and more reliable way would be to change your MAC address or spoof it.

em this program work only for Internet explorer ... I use Mozila Firefox ( Its faster then IE) So its not so good ... when i check my IP from one site it shows me my real IP ... I think you must edit your post and check that its only for Internet Explorer!
