You should import the sources as a project, if you are using shared sources, so you can see the errors/issues. I invite you to use the free SVN, up to date. As I see you are using some old revision, since it's ItemInstance now (L2 has been dropped). Otherwise you have sooo damn messy sources.

Then check your gameserver.bat if it's set at least to 2GB :P By adding # or simply remove regions from geoengine.prop.

OutOfMemory.. You need 64b OS to allocate 2GB of ram, 32 is limited to ~1,5. You have to deactivate some geo regions.
