I am not sure but i think most of russian java IL projects are using lucera. This pack isn't great but it is surely better than any eu pack. I am working on it since 1 year to make it be fine for low rates

To be visible on russian toplist you need to pay a lot of money. Through Topzone/Hopzone every small server can have a chance to gather 100-500 players. Top eu servers arent worse than top russian servers when it comes to features and amount of bugs, it's just for many russian server owners l2 is a business so they try harder to make everything look better.

Maybe he is just looking for the guy to take care of GMing, advertisement and forum. Why you flame him?

That's not true. Most recent chronicle have got so many changed things in interface that it would be very hard to make them similar to H5.

You should concentrate just on single client. Making it work only with GOD is a lot easier to be done than GOD + H5

Find skill that Antharas Earring is giving to apply stats. Make second level of that skill with stats of Antharas Tremor, to Antharas Tremor item put that skill id with level 2 instead of your custom skill. You will also need to put that skill into skillgrp and skillname in client. If player will be wearing two jewels, only antharas Tremor will give stats. Being unable to wear Antharas Tremor while having Antharas Earring would be a lot more complicated thing to do.
