Of course you have to do it before start installing...... Update all of them and install it from the start.

1: Update Adobe air to the latest version 2: updated Microsoft .NET framework 1.1 / 3.5 / 4.0 3: Directx 9.0c If u did those steps and u still got the problem , try to ask for a technical support here (But im 90% sure that its ur framework)

Couple months ago , i wanted to try out NA server but i as i expected it was really laggy since im not even close to that region. So i searched a bit and i found a program that really helped me - which most of you know - which is WTFast. Many people tho , complain that its not working , its useless etc etc , but for me it really worked. Links: - WTFast Webiste - Download - How WTFast works. If you are for example from Greece and you are playing in EUNE server WTFast aint gonna help you. But theres another solution for that too. There is a guide which i found on league of legends forums , which in general can help you reduce your ping. You can find the guide , here

As the title says im looking for a program to turn .flv files to .mp4 . I've search everywhere and most of them u need to pay in order to use em properly . Any help peeps?
