Hello . First of all i wish you good luck with your channel . Now , let me give you some tips. First of all you need a good logo and a cover . They are a must. Next , try to reduce the lag in your videos. I understand if ur pc isnt good enough but u need to lower it somehow. Also as i saw the video doesnt cover the full video box , you need to fix that too. Use annotations! Use playlists! Use catchy : Titles , description , playlist description Promote your channel to every social media ( Twitter / Facebook / Tumblr / Google + / Pinterest ) Every view counts. It will be better if u commentate over ur videos or at least add some music ( there are plenty of non copyrighted songs ) So .. thats pretty much it. Thats what i did and i reached 300 subscribers. Dont forget that , if u do youtube for fame or money you wont succeed . Love what u do , it will be shown to ur videos , and u will succeed .
