So , why the rush at start selling it then? Lets take a look at the strong and weak champions( + a couple items that changed) on the current patch 7.13 judging by the nerfs and buffs that occurred on the champions below. The following changes will be pretty big for the current Tank Galio, which is super popular right now. So what they do to Galio is that they nerf his Q by quite a bit , it's going down by 15 at rank 1 and its going down at rank 5 , by 35! , which is actually a really big amount , considering you max out Q first on Galio. Also his base armor getting decreased , so to balance the nerf on his Q they increase the AP Ratio on his Q and his R so this will make him to be played more as an AP ( you may see people using some 1-3 AP items on him) rather than a full tank as he meant to be. [Q] Q BASE DAMAGE LOWERED FROM 45/60/75/90/105 TO 30/40/50/60/70 [Q] Q TORNADO AP RATIO INCREASED FROM 45% TO 60% [R] R AP RATIO INCREASED FROM 70% TO 80% BASE ARMOR LOWERED FROM 27 TO 24 the next one will be , And it will be Kennen. This one will be a nerf and a buff because Riot has decided to bring the old , AP Kennen back , which means that they nerf his AD ratio on his W (rather than giving Total AD % , now it will be Bonus AD % + Ap Ratio % ) , which also means that if you go as the casual AD kennen as you used to be , you are gonna be losing a bit of damage [W] W PASSIVE AD RATIO CHANGED FROM (40/50/60/70/80% TOTAL AD) TO (60% BONUS AD) [W] W PASSIVE HAS NOW 30% AP RATIO [W] W PASSIVE NOW HAS 15/20/25/30/35 BASE DAMAGE [E] E AP RATIO INCREASED FROM 60% TO 80% following by , Gnar has been out of the spotlight from quite a bit now , but he makes a big comeback in this patch. His Q is getting buffed by quite a bit after rank 5 , which is the first ability that you max first. Also his besides his Q aswell his E getting buffed aswell , which makes me a quite top tear top laner right now. [Q] Q (Mini Gnar) BASE DAMAGE INCREASED FROM 5/35/65/95/125 TO 5/45/85/125/165 [E] E (Mega Gnar) RANGE INCREASED FROM 475 TO 600 also , Another mentional buff will be Rek sai's. Rek sai is getting buffed from quite a while now , but in this patch her ultimate is getting a big buff up to 25% , which is for sure making her as one of the higher jungle picks , and worth mentioning. [R] R AD RATIO INCREASED FROM 160% TO 185% and last but not least, Trundle. Trundle has been out of the spotlight for a long time now , but he is coming back with a buff that has been removed on the past , on his Q. His Q now has a new effect ( old aswell) and a small buff to his W [Q] Q *NEW EFFECT* CAN NOW CHOMP TURRETS [W] W INCREASED HEALING AND REGEN FROM ALL SOURCES FROM 20% TO 25% This concludes the list of the champion changes in the current patch 7.13 But there are changes on some items that they are worth of been mentioned which are the following Cinderhulk will now cost you less gold ,it will give less HP but the bonus health will be increased which makes it even better for champions like Mundo,Sejuani,Nunu,Zac and other HP stackers * TOTAL COST LOWERED FROM 2625 TO 2425 * HEALTH LOWERED FROM 400 TO 325 * BONUS HEALTH INCREASED FROM 15% TO 20% And for last will be Abyssal mask. It will get some nice changes in this patch for a few different champions. TL;DR , this item will be really good on champions that use a lot of mana , like singed , maokai , etc. Any champion that require lot of mana , will benefit from this changes because they add Catalyst so you will get a bit more sustain and a bit more mana. So this will definetly will help you out if you build this as your first item because it will make the laning face a little bit better. * TOTAL COST INCREASED FROM 2800 TO 2900 * BUILD PATH IS NOW CATALYST AND NEGATRON * MAGIC RESIST LOWERED FROM 65 TO 55 * HEALTH INCRESED FROM 300 TO 350 * NO LONGER GIVES BASE 100% HEALTH REGEN * NOW GIVES 300 MANA * NOW HAS ETERNITY PASSIVE THAT IS ON OTHER CATALYST ITEMS So thats pretty much it! indeed. It seems that he has high/scaling damage , but i dont see any "serious" gap closing + that form change takes kinda a lot time to do. Anyway i believe with the new champ the urgot rework will come also , so theres too much hype around it :D

The new champ for LoL just leaked today. Theres no official post about it tho. A 3 form assassin reaper style champ. Check it in the video below. And a few more screens here

You can't. It would only , if its reported that it was wrongly used or abused. The report would be reviewed between the G.Mods and Maxtor in order to clean the reputation and punish the abusers.

Only Maxtor can completely clean your reputation. Better contact him through a pm , or pm a G.Mod to edit your rep to 0 but it will still exist at your profile->reputation tab. Just make sure you have valid proofs that the reputation was false and abused.
