Violator, why did you show us this tutorial? TO humiliate yourself even more? Did you manage to get 1km close to the result of the tutorial? All I see is a crappy bg made of c4ds , and then a goblin placed on top of them without a DROP of depth. AAAND to finish the imba result, there's the font from GOOSEBUMBS that has NOTHING to do with everything else. Can't you see for yourself that it looks BAD? And if you do, why did you post it? DO you have ANY idea how many sigs did I, godess, sofaki, blane make before posting them to the public? DEVELOP THE STYLE, MAKE IT ACCEPTABLE, AND THEN POST IT. the text sucks in my opinion , because of its shape and colour. If you press ctrl+shift+e and then put this layer as a crippling mask on the text, it will look better and more futuristic. But don't forget to move the mask to adjust the colours well.

the bg is always the same... try experimenting a bit more... you are stuck because someone liked this style?

well it lacks movement and it's too big for a sig, unless it's the 300x800 style

Probably there are some files still left inside, and they can't be overwritten. The files are connected to other important ones that are deleted, so they can't be read alone. So I bet the only way to fix this is to remove the hard drive and do the shit externally, and that's where you'll need help...

Blane's tutorial is as simple as it can get... hell, it's an effing video, just watch where he clicks. If you wanna work on photoshop, you ain't gonna create masterpieces only by watching tutorials. You need brains - you need to think about the colours ,the depth, and when you finish check the outcome : DOES IT EFFIN LOOk GOOD? if it doesn't just DON'T POST IT.

the render is from another signature - I don't think blane every mentioned that you should pick the same render from his guide. the text is acceptable for a newbie, but ...it needs more work. the background is really nice from the right, needs more work on the left, cause that black c4d is ugly. you should lower the opacity of the dots(im pretty sure blaney forgot to mention that in his guide) and you should also put 1px border ;)
