Maprex, to change the *directions* pick a soft brush, select the color closest to the letters, brush over it and then type what you want. Check this out : of course it needs work with smudging, blurring and gradient maps to make it look realistic - but you understand what I mean right?

You used the smudge technique then. But the tutorial you read didn't say anything about rippling the whole render. It said that you can use some Layer effects but you must be careful and delicate.

it's really sucky anyway, why would you rip that? The bottom part is sucky, way too empty. The 2 c4ds are the same and they show lack of creativity The text is also awful and it doesn't fit with anything in the sig The render is taken from another sig, it doesn't fit with anything Your previous sig was really nice and showed some potential, but this one just ruined your image in my eyes.

There was a smudge technique tutorial in DV, but my result wasn't that good, so I just downloaded the brushes it offered and started freestyling :P
