i voted 60-65 but in my opinion, rates should depend on server's rates. For instance, i wouldnt like to play on a pvp server and spent the whole of my time enchanting items (neither do i say 100%) that's why when i play on a pvp server i play for the pvp's and not for the farm in order to enchant

For me best enchant is 65-70%, no so easy make weapon and no so hard, with little of luck :D

More than 75% for me....i like when everyone has max enchants and just pvp....i think that way there is fewer corruption with donates and that kind of bullshit + more balance because the skill of a gamer matters on those circumstances.

and i agree with the guy who said 100% with a lot of farm but not in pvp servers.
