TheVortex Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Singers dont get the money from the CD they sell. They book a centre to sing and they get the money from there. So the problem is not the Singers, but the companies' managers.
Hartomes Posted January 27, 2008 Posted January 27, 2008 No... And the reasons are: 1- Cheap and Excelent home studios 2- Live tours... lots of money 3- DRM is out of internet music Piracy only kills record companies
randnd Posted January 29, 2008 Posted January 29, 2008 I think that piracy doesn't killing the music. Singers have a lot of money from Music Companies and they earn a lot of money for concerts :D But it is only my opinion :)
VirG0 Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 its not good for artists... im downloading only this albums wchich i cant buy in da shops like undeground LP or old school..
Jackie Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 if somebody start to do music he/she do it for fun not for money. piracy only extend it to world becouse not everybody have such a lot money to buy all what he/she want. is t the same as: if u can easy earn money, u will do it becouse u can. So if u can easy spare money ... IF original CD will cost a bit more than clean CD i buy original.
okae Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 no, the music is killing us with the high prices.... :P
KabaL Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Its simple, when i like some song i just download it and dont have to buy CD.
rekuraab Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 I have bought just 1 music cd in my whole life and that was before i buy my pc :P And the good thing about piracy (music+movies+games) is that the chance to catch you is 1/100000 So you gotta be stupid or "onasis" to buy them :P
MDK Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 i bote that no, music pirat only impair the artist, and they are rich"!! Anyway..ill buy original cds if artist do nice music...not that cmmercial shiiit
pelteka Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 Yes, piracy is killing music, young musiciants can't servive with this... If U like the music then BUY the Original. :)
Klaas Posted February 19, 2008 Posted February 19, 2008 No way piracy is killing the music industry. They always exaggerate things to make you feel guilty. "You're stealing things blablabla", you can either believe it and pay up or keep downloading and enjoy life with more money in your pocket hahaha.
Ferchu Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Yes, piracy is killing music, young musiciants can't servive with this... If U like the music then BUY the Original. :) oh yeaaaa
namtoday Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 it actually helps the singer to get more ppl to know him.
Shaigan Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Yes, it's killing music. But I think the piracy is not the very first responsible... the very forst responsible is the price for an album... Make them less expensive and I'll maybe buy them.
