Oh, come on Guys. It's just some problems. Take a look in L2 DeathWhisper's Announcement.

If you believe that L2DeathWhisper is dead then you can just leave and don't play. Yes we had some problems with some exploits etc, but now everything is ok. You can check our updates on our forum for more info.

Server is old and everybody you see is in Apella and Death Weapons...

The only pvp you will see is a few guys in +30 Death Whisper stuff killing eachother at PI

I really do think a wipe will be needed because before this serer had 600 players and now? 60 players.

The server is realy great, I started to play before 3-4 days and i find it so good. But too many donators... 180/200 ppl have max enchant weapons bla bla. :P
