Basically he need a system for Offline characters. When player logout his character remain in game.

That's his request. I had clients in past who asked weird codes. For instance a pregnancy mode. Basically male and female had sex (using animation - client modification), female get pregnant with all side-effects and a week later she gave birth to a newborn pet.
