Help Java problem

i got a problem and idk how to solve it..when i try to run game server or login i get java error..this message "could not open C:Program Files/java/jre1.8.0_231/lib/i386/jvm.cfg'" and idk why

He is using Windows 32 bits when current Javas are only x64 bits, so he must buy another computer (64 bits)

386 means that he might have 32bit java but not windows 32 bit.

I spoke with him, he told me he had or have Windows 32 bits. and Java x32 is not anymore for download

Updating this topic, if you are using 32 bits operating system, you should consider effect 2038: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem
