Help SHIFT Items on Interlude

I would  like  to know  I can  add  shift show item  option  like in higher chronicles into  my server any info  or guide will  be  usefull thanks.

First wrong section. Secondly, I doubt it's easy, doable. Otherwise you would see it long time ago.
