I sell some idiot files, I tell him not use server name, but he did not listen, I ask him to change a name but he ignores me.
So i decide to share server files whit, everyone, so be it..  This pack is best now custom interlude server.
I spend a lot of time to fixing bugs and add customs and others thinks.

Before i sell him i tell him don't use the excess name.

If i know he uses a name, i do not sell files.

I give chance him to close server, but he ignores me.

It's his own fault.

Server files are mine I do whatever i wanna.

so what is the problem? 1st excess never was ur server but it was @big man bear server the true owner u after stole the name and started using it there are no rules to say such thing "DONT USE THE SERVER SAME NAME" i dont see it somewhere also by ur side since the guy bought ur server files it's wrong sharing something others paid

Whatever dude i warm him 3days before server start, he could just change server name and be ok.

Now its too late.

You have no freakin idea. Paypal will ask you for proof and the only proof you can provide is tracking ID. What you gonna send them in mail? 

"Hello paypal, i gave him my java files ! Plz give my money back i sold the server!" ... You lost your money already if he disputes.

What's wrong with it sharing the files? He owns the files, and if he sold and then shared, it is not our interest to question him!
