LF Oldest Running Private Server ?

I know Raidfight has been up for quite long, but what's the oldest running private L2 server that you know? It doesn't matter which chronicle.

 

Bonus question: oldest running european project generally (I know Dex has been up since ever, but how about other oldies?)

The L2elite looks vintage as damn; I don't see any forum posts there, but approximately since when has the server been up? Has it always been C4? When was the last wipe?

L2Elite was amazing server, I hope it's still full of pvps.

Elite once was so populated that gm deleted system from site, which as far as I remember is still missing. NCsoft tried to close their server but eventually they didn't
