What are the requirements to run server?
The requirements are: Java 8(JDK), MySQL 5.5
 
Server support Smartguard
 
Basic fixes:
1.Processed packet under classic(shortcuts,buylists,trade and etc)
2.Spawnpoints characters off-like
3.The maximum level 75
4.Spawn mobs on off-like
5.The stats of the characters off-like 1.5
6.Castle sige off-like 1.5
7.Completely revised code fixed more than 800 warnings 
8.Skill Tree(with book) off-like
9.Removed the "flying ships"
10.Removed unnecessary items
11.Work on the skills
12.Redesigned all the quests off-like
13.Clans off-like
14.Mail off-like
15.Teleports off-like
16.Redesigned many dialogues
17.Removed Olympiad
18.Rework all quest reward
19.Reworked a lot dialogues
20.Rework drop EXP/SP for all monsters
21.Rework Zones

If you do not show some fundamental trustable content such as mentioned above, there is no way to prove you're worth of paying, and that's why you keep bumping your topic every day.

 

The simple text lines and a skype link does not garantee its trustable or worth looking for.

 

Show proof that in fact you have v1.5 and 2.0 complete, else just take your 120 revision, go back where you come from and that's it.

I must admit, and you can consider it advice, your bullet points are super generic and not very informative. As DEV|Supreme pointed out, you must make your presentation a lot more valid. Post some links to screenshots, put in details of what's working and what's not, do you offer support, how ofteen do you update the project/files, can you name just one server running your files? etc...
