November 6th Update: sieges, launcher and security

Website and launcher
• The account panel is live since Monday. You create your game account there and can see your characters: https://account.l2lux.com/register
• The launcher is almost done: one window to update the game and start it, with server status and news.

Sieges and castles
• A siege that starts late, for example after a restart, still gets its full two hours.
• Siege times no longer move by an hour when the clocks change. That would have caused us issues in March.
• Resurrection during a siege follows retail C1. Attackers need their headquarters standing, and defenders need at least two working control towers.
• A castle owner can't join the alliance of a clan that has signed up to attack their castle.
• Closed castle gates and walls now block arrows, spells and guards. Open or break the gate to get through.
• Antharas keeps his fight state through a server restart.

Closer to retail C1
• Sitting restores HP and MP faster than standing, and running restores them slower, as in C1.

Server security
• Nobody can lock your account by typing wrong passwords anymore. After 5 wrong tries, only that address has to wait 15 minutes.
• Improvements to the anti-bot system.

Coming next
• More gameplay fixes on the way: monster skills, pets, freight and respawns.
