If you need 99% of work, use L2OFF.

 

L2JServer HF5 it's crap from SVN. All things is bugged, not working, etc. It's only developing project for all forks and as training source for newbies.

@RooT, L2J made a lot of changes since 2y, you should maybe review it ;p. They aren't frozen anymore to parse L2OFF data, while it was a long time something totally taboo.
