[Cloud Breaker]

I didn't have full official html pack for Ertheia, but your'e welcome: class_preview_menace001.htm

[Cloud Breaker]

That's not Eviscerator. Not by a long shot.

Anyway, since there may be localization (translation) issues between KR, initial NA, current NA and RU, I wanted the name of html with 'L2ClassGuide.ertheia.ert_c0188'.

Not storm_menace (Stratomancer), not marauder (Marauder), not lenker (Ripper). And def not sayhas_seer (Sayha's Seer).

...when you have the bins of any god++ let the right people know ;)

Well, he specified that he does not want to sell them. And I can understand – if you want to make money, you have to sell them immediately and to as many interested parties as possible. Now, after a new race/classes AND an entirely new game mode (Classic) was released (not to mention max lvl 199 + exaltation and cross-server raids in IO), this GDL (PTS?) serverpack is worth cents compared to what it was worth roughly two years ago.

It is still worth a lot in the hands of a typical server owner, but it is missing far too many major features nowadays, so there's no way to sell it for a "good" price. I'd say we just wait until another update like Ertheia arrives, since that will make the obsolete GDL worth a few hundred bucks, all-included.

And yes, time is on our side. No one in their sane mind would pay more than $10 for an official C2 485 serverpack (complete with db dump, petition, etc.) today. This happened to C4, happened to GF, and it will happen to GDL.

Ok.

Thanks, although this raises too many questions ;)

No, it will not.

Because you have not understood how it leaks in the first place - nor that "eventually" is a very ambigious and pointless term to use here.

(And funny how you skip H5, when will it leak mister?).

It does matter when something publicly leaks or when something gets in hand privately to people.

A GOD++ leak now is worth alot to the right people - but of course not as much as when you were solo'ing the market with 3-4 live servers globally with the files.

Scripts are worthless alone to anyone except l2j people - it's too much work to do GF>up (hell even H5>Up - if your one of the few people with the physical files) for what will most likely be chum change compared to invested time.

...GOD++> up however sets a base that's entirely workable in a decent timeframe.

There was never any substantial proof about IL, HB or HF.

Though there were Freya scripts, so the exes may have existed as well. Yes, this WAS (or should I say IS, because it is to this day) an anomaly.

And HF was very similar to Freya. Extremely, I'd say. You know what that means…

People who had Freya just extended it to HF.

The fun thing is, there's apparently Ertheia scripts floating around, even though there isn't any real Ertheia server available to the public (yet?). All are either l2j or L2OFF with client support. Which unfortunately forces me to reserve judgement. I may be wrong about HF, and I may also be wrong about Ertheia, unfortunately. Because people always end up doing extenders and customizing gameplay to a point where it starts getting unclear if this is C1 ext with dumbed down AI from GF/later and all the additions (aug/attr/appearance/etc) built on top.

For whatever that is related to those leaks, we all live in a world of illusions; hence some completely unimportant detail holds the key to proving that things are the way we believe they are. I guess that means it's time for me to shut up, as it is pointless to debate things I can neither prove nor disprove (yet).

EDIT:

...GOD++> up however sets a base that's entirely workable in a decent timeframe.

But GoD++ was nowhere near linear development model. There are GoD+ features that existed very shortly; plus, not having additional race and classic mode support out of the box is a letdown.

For you because your unable to quickly build it or build it within meaningful timeframe.

Doesn't mean your everyone. And you can't build a daemon out of scripts, base was always GF with HF until the private HFs started popping up.

It's known HF exists, freya never existed outside NCSoft. And rumours state Freya-scripts leaked by human error in NC West.

By pure public servers we know HF,GOD, Tauti, Lindvior,Glory, Ertheia is in the "private circle" hands.

That should tell you someone has had long term and almost permanent access to NC or a partner with NCSoft contracts (Take a wild geuss which).

Which perhaps still exists today perhaps still not (slowdown lately of "new chronicle servers") - but since HF someone more or less had access to build this concession of leaks per chronicle with almost clockwise swiss perfection  to run public servers in N-1 fashion against retail updates.

The ONLY reason GF leaked is because those same people physically let go of the files - since it was probably a one-off sale at that given time.

Yet here we are years later and nothing new has leaked since then.

Geuss all you want - but all logic dictates the ship that started GF has been severely tightened and is very well managed up until now.

One can assume that means their revenue ambitions\demands still follow suit - and until that changes public will see nothing.

I once guessed, but later I noticed that the facts do not check out, so I stopped. Though, of course, there's always employee rotation going on. In any organization.

This clears some things up, but it is still not enough. Also, certain facts do indicate it is highly likely "developers" are not spending their time developing L2, they have gotten lazy. I guess they know even less about how L2 works nowadays than before, and "having prebuilt serverpacks" would be a reasonable explanation. As well as the current slowdown.

(although NA/NCWest failed to deliver IO and had the exalted quest chain broken for like a month after release; tough times for all, I guess).

Thanks for the pointers, but I still stand by what I said. HF is a sort of a moral successor to IL, being loved without any good reason; so obviously, it can't be let go, just like IL was at a time. Time will pass and it will become old and worthless, and it will be given away. On the other hand, GDL is not a moral successor to anything.

GoD updates, on the other hand, made the game differ by large amounts between them. So it is arguable whether the base GoD pack is worth something nowadays, esp. considering that at least part of HF stuff was already removed at GoD release. Current L2 uses entirely different classes, SP counts, monster spawns and drops, item gain/enchant methods, etc. etc., although the monster AI is either largely the same or actually the very same as in GF (of course, for field monsters that already existed in GF). And obviously for people who don't really know how to play L2, this wouldn't say anything except "they want to take my precious".

On the other hand, not sharing anything is the best way to stay off the radar.

    • This post originally appeared on zupyak.   If you're diving into MLB The Show 25, you know how essential stubs are for building a powerhouse team. Whether you're aiming to snag elite players, upgrade your roster, or stock up on packs, stubs are the key to success. The good news? You don't need to spend real money to earn them. With a little strategy and effort, you can rake in stubs and dominate the diamond.  Here are the top five strategies to maximize your MLB The Show stub earnings and create the ultimate team without breaking the bank.    1. Earning Stubs with Diamond Quest Diamond Quest is a goldmine for stubs. By completing challenges in this mode, you can earn Diamond cards, which often have high sell values. Once you've earned these cards, sell them in the in-game Marketplace for a quick influx of stubs. Additionally, the packs you earn from Diamond Quest can be opened for more cards to sell or use in collections.   2. Completing Conquest Maps Conquest Maps are another excellent way to rack up stubs. Focus on capturing territories and completing map-specific goals. Many maps offer hidden rewards, including packs and stubs, which can significantly boost your earnings. You don't always need to conquer Strongholds—simply taking over territories can yield great rewards.   3. Flipping Cards in the Marketplace The Marketplace is your playground for flipping cards. Look for cards with a significant gap between their "Buy Now" and "Sell Now" prices. Place a Buy Order slightly above the current "Sell Now" price, then list the card for a "Sell Order" just below the "Buy Now" price. After the 10% Marketplace tax, you'll still make a profit. This strategy works best with high-value cards but requires patience and consistency.     4. Leveraging Player Exchanges Player Exchanges are an underrated method for earning stubs. Purchase cheap Silver cards near their quick-sell value, then exchange them for Gold players. These Gold players can either be used in your lineup or sold for a profit. This method is especially effective early in the game when Gold cards hold higher value.   5. Selling Things You Don't Need Don't let unused items clutter your inventory. Regularly check for duplicate cards, equipment, or other items you don't need. Sell these through the Marketplace to free up space and earn extra stubs. Even Bronze and Silver cards can add up over time, so don't overlook them. With these strategies, you'll be well on your way to building a dream team without spending real money. Let me know if you'd like to dive deeper into any of these methods!   Final Thoughts Building your dream team in MLB The Show 25 doesn't have to cost real money. With these five strategies—earning rewards through Diamond Quest, conquering Conquest Maps, flipping cards in the Marketplace, leveraging Player Exchanges, and selling unused items—you'll be well on your way to amassing stubs and creating a roster that rivals even the best in the game. Remember, consistency is key! Whether you're grinding through challenges or flipping cards daily, every little bit adds up over time. Stick with these methods, and soon enough, you'll have the stubs you need to dominate the diamond. Let us know which strategy works best for you—or if you've discovered any additional tips that deserve a spot on this list! Happy grinding!
