as u can see on the 1st page of this topic sovereign will start its open beta phase on 20th of the month tho u can join last l2tales x20 project  which is dead.

Depends if u are clan leader with big clan no u will get also free items even vallakas necklace nvm if u are 3 days on the server and vallakas never was died...
