You can do that using say2, I've tested it on freya and it works, about IL I got no clue.

On L2J i dont know really, but on L2OFF there are few configs that can be done to stop all kind of walkers except zRanger that noone will ever stop.

Should be the same deal on L2J, zRanger cannot be stopped.

Maybe, but sincerly i haven't saw zRanger to be blocked anywhere.

If someone will show me a server that can stop zRanger i'll bow down to him.

I can test my zRanger on any server and i bet my last buck that zRanger cannot be stopped.
