nah that stupid. the player wont be channeling and cast. He will be moving, using other spells adn still launch arrows.

No. It is a totally different shot in a totally different timer. You will see in the beta (if you join there)

Elven Mystic

 

- Eva's Past: The Mystic Muse uses an ancient path to the past. From the time he uses the spell he gets a buff. At the end of the buff that lasts for 6 seconds he will be teleported back at the location he initially used the skill with the HP CP AND MP he had back then.

 

- Eva's Vengeance: The Elemental Master draws Eva's power giving a debuff on a enemy unit. This unit suffers 25% of the dmg you take for 10 seconds. This is not a damage reduction on you though.

 

- Eva's Barrier: The Eva's Saint uses all his faith in order to  create a big barrier. Any player inside that barrier recieves 30% reduced damage. The barrier lasts for 10 seconds.

I will better wait l3 or whatever. Play 1-2 max 3 peoples created "Balance" with new skills....? meh... Real mmorpg have all crew of programmers and experts to make some balance, uncountable hours of experts testing all skills combinations etc. Have fun in no brain balance server, u will repeat my words :D

L2 had all that crew of programmers you're talking about, why you can't find any good server to play? Or at least the official server?

And let me ask u something. U say Offi never was balanced. Had u ever payed Official lineage before it went Free2Play? Trial 30 days mode doesnt count cous u cant actually test skill in 20 lvl :D Played offi high five chronicle? If all answers is NO please never ever talk about offi balance like all lineage 2 private servers kidds who know everything about l2 :)) good luck

I was 7 times hero as a delf dagger and 4 as a human archer. My main char was Fearakos or Abentmus.

In late h5 i was able to kill a clan myself with my cooldowns as a dagger with the heroic healing pots ad stuff so, please you are now able to go back to your private server cuz yeah i played official for 4 years from C1-C6 and HB to H5 (wih breaks)
