It doesn't work. Lol, this is actually made in order noone gets scammed, but also to choose the best dev for your server(if they choose you too, it's annoying to spam them with pms).

Every guy who makes a l2j pack + customs and knows how to build in eclipse is a dev (generally speaking).

 

Good idea to make that list. It's been a long time since a good idea to make this forum better.

 

I just hope that kids don't make it to the list.

Sorry for being an ass but some of them there are.. well newbies or left programming way back since they were using static methods, cus they had no idea whats OOP XD
