New Npc: Heredur's Warehouse Keeper (Morgana)

Features:

 

Password security system: In order to deposit or withdraw items from clan/or private warehouse you have to create a new personal id/password, you can use your password eachtime when you need to deposit or withdraw equipments/armors/weapons and etc. This is an advantage to avoid stealings.

Enchant rates are changed. Safe enchanting rate for weapons/armors/jewels now are +3. Max enchant for weapons: +16 Max enchant for armor +14 and max enchant for jewels +12.

Enchant success rates are decreased by 10%. Normal scroll rate: 55% Crystall scroll rate 65% and Blessed 75% ( You can enchant with crystall scrolls only from +6 to +12)
