There are no players playing shooter games that much nowadays,at least on greece.

They're all playing lol,some dota,aion,wow & l2 since official went f2p.

There are some guys playing cod but not that much.

trust me bro im here like 5 years or so and iv seen this happening so many times and the actual outcome was the same all people suggesting they'r friends for staff positions without even having a clue.

There is no need for promote/demote, you just need to remake the system. As some groups are already old and the sections associated to them are not so popular as before, I recommend sum up the groups into general groups ( only specific ones ) which are :

-> RTS Mod ( Dota/Dota2 + LoL + HoN )

-> FPS Mod ( CS 1.6 / COD series / Battlefield Series + others )

-> Game Mod which can handle the wow section and can handle also rts + fps sections

so ranks will be :

 

Admin > Global Mod > Gold Member > Game Mod > FPS Mod // RTS Mod
