L2Venture is what you seek.... Its a new lowrate server. there are mana pots, there is no npc buffer, and the dances-songs-buffs are 30 minutes :)

Here's a SMALL preview of my capabilities: I didn't add any Lineage2 elements because its a preview only, and it is a logo, not banner. If u want i can make a much better one with Lineage2 elements if you want, although a better one will cost a small adena fee ;D PS: A logo contains only the server name, the banner is the picture that shows rates and information.
