not "fully", you can find for example a black market in all cities that sell only essential items like soulshots, arrows, cursed bones (for necromancer) etc. nothing custom. Quests work, and there is crafting :). Friendly community and gms. Its great join :D

the differences are on the rates, that there are npc buffers, gm shops etc. Also java and off servers have "bugs". these are "problems" found ingame. L2Venture is a very nice close to official server that has no buffers or custom shops... like official :D also it doesnt have any bugs.

yes there maybe are one or two, but they dont have all the features implemented yet, and theyre full of bugs.

There arent any Freya servers and thats because java projects are converting the files ATM. Probably they will pop up in a couple of months.
