I have a friend who owns servers since years. He was using ovh, hard times with ddos attacks, so he go straight to HF and all way ok. Then he realized that it's pointless to pay all those money and he get back to ovh. And now (after years) he's good with ovh, ofc you have to set proper firewall rules :) Else, you could try online.net but I can't say much about them :)
