    Auto enchant scripts and bla bla.. Solution is simple. Make them unique, rare items with high chance, even 100%. So, possibility to get item - low, chance to get skill - high. Problem solved.

    Actually teleport uses goto (else it's changed on your pack), but to make sure simply check another teleporter htm. Make sure the given teleport id exists.

    Are you testing with gm char? Is the invul enabled? That may be the issue, you use invul mode and so, hp is not decreased.

    Answer was given on your previous topic. We don't have sunrise sources and we won't download it to find correct place. You can easily find it with searching for message for successful enchant and change + 1 to + 10.

    Try with where itemId < 57 and itemId > 57, not sure if it can read !=.

    Could be a wrong structure of the npc XML. Missing param or so. Check the custom npc inside your pack.
