Read carefully what he wrote.. ------------ Hero skills check is in AbstractOlympiadGame.java, at least on my sources, on broken L2OlympiadGame. Search for if(player.isHero()) and you will find them. About your error, mby check it's xml or so. This broken..

You miss files in libs folder, probably. Compile your pack and c/p all files from build folder (gameserver && datapack).
