    You should ask maxtor why he moved it.. Maxtor is man in charge about paid stuff :) Then.. don't cry about that if you are lazy to report :P We are not getting paid to "live" the forum, check each topic and so on. You got the point.

    You ask why.. let me explain. We do not check each topic, so how can we know if it's live or not.. ? We get reports about such topics or (rarely) when I check servers features I see it's not live yet, so I move them to previews. Only double topics are junked.. They have paid for the sticky and he requested to be listed in there. It's up to maxtor if he agree on it or not. Don't ask me why he moved it there.

    I would highly recommend you to DO NOT open server to public.. Obvious reason, you don't know a single thing about l2j and related things, so you will be unable to do/fix anything :P Get familiar with the pack, then, after you learn things, think about opening it to public. ----- Try SkillXML, put it into skills folder, run the program and load the txt. http://www.4shared.com/rar/1yIgXMnI/skillxml.html

    I am here to help, not to do the job for you. Back in the days I had the same problem as you, so I looked at few zones how they are created, ArenaZone for example, it's easiest, 2 nodes. Then I was like "miracle".. Anyway.. locked

    It's not.. Ehhh.. You got plenty of examples.. Try to manage it.. Even you can "teleport" to those locations and you will find out how it works..

    Use latest free rev, directly from our aCis forum, there is no reason it throws any errors, else it's modified by someone. Soon, new free cycle :)

    Most likely you deactivated the scripts, L2Attackable basically, so mobs don't give any exp. Check server.properties if NoScripts = False

    There are stupid configs for buff time. Which probably overriden the skills xml time itself.. 1) via config 2) via SkillXML 3) via core, if effector is bufferinstance X time, else Y (retail)

    Fanky, the meaning of the mode is kinda another, it's like "shopping" certain items via command, since there is a price for it. Otherwise, yeah should be like you said.
