nowdays many servers are opening every day , which means the community will have to choose where to play . If they see that you don't have invest money in your server of course they will choose the other server with paid advertise thinking that this server is more serious and stable, simple as that. But it is not always just a paid banner you must do the right advertise campaign to attract people .

i think with 650 you can reach that amount but as it is obvious the more you invest ( in the right places ) the more community you will get

almost no one is interested in joining beta even in big server even the advertise on toplists will not work as i said above market has changed a lot

depends rates/chronicle/community you want to get ( solo or clans ) and of course how seriously you take your project

In our alphabet there are letters which English language doesn't have and it will look like a retarded project so just forget about it -

i am online i had the same problem ( i was putting patch of legacy in the same folder with patch of dex ) when i put patch of legacy to another folder it worked top 4 :( will try harder to get in the first place ! :D
